Emotional responses as independent components In EEG is a electroencephalography study with affective images taken from the IAPS with pleasant, unpleasant and neutral images. EGG was recorded with a BioSemi system, and they found EPN components to be significantly different.

Common affective ERP components: P100/N100, EPN, P300, LPP. The experiment involved 4 male subject looking on IAPS (pleasant/unpleasant/neutral) images. Analysis with, e.g., independent component analysis.
